Personal statement:<\/strong>
I am the best candidate for the Central Coordinator position because I always aim to not only grow and learn, but to help others around me flourish as well. I aspire to inspire. As a basketball player, I have had the opportunity to develop a great set of skills, such as leadership, and my ability to work efficiently as a team. My basketball teammates quickly became my sisters, and I am hoping that if I am elected as Central Coordinator, we can become family as well. I am determined to learn more about my community, and also about myself and my place in this world as a Black woman. I always give my all in everything I undertake, because I always strive for improvement, big or small. My work ethic inspires the people around me to be the best they can be. I am confident that I am the best candidate for the Central Coordinator position because I am fascinated and passionate about Black cultures, and I am determined to make a difference in our community. I am eager to assume my role as a productive citizen of the world, and to be the change I wish to see in the world.
