Description

Includes:
– Prominent display of your organization’s name and logo in all the marketing materials for this session.
– A guaranteed speaker spot for 1 of your representatives on the panel, as well as an all-access pass to the entire event for this representative. (Panel will generally include 3-4 additional speakers who can share insights on the topic.)
– Panel discussions generally last between 30-45 minutes and will include a Q&A session at the end.

Who would best represent your organization at this activity?
– Suggested representatives include: Senior management and/or leaders of any Afro BRGs (e.g. Black Employee Resource Groups or Professional Networks), etc.

What competencies should your representatives possess?
– Your representatives (whether African-Canadian or allies) should be able to discuss: industry trends and their strategic relevance to both your organization and the African-Canadian young professional communities; and their own insights about their personal experiences getting established in the industry!
