What competencies should your representatives possess?
– Your representatives (whether African-Canadian or allies) should be able to discuss: Open roles which your organization is currently looking to fill; key career strategies and tactics that help young African-Canadian professionals to advance in your industry; and their own insights about their personal experiences getting established in the industry!
